Yoga
Yoga is an application of becoming liberated from restricted definitions of the sense of consciousness. Yoga has undergone many evolutions of conventional consciousness than a morphing motion picture monster. The expression yoga is sanskrit means union or yoking with the God consciousness. The main aim of Yoga is to boost our understanding in all status of consciousness, whether waking state, dream state or sleep state. Few people actually know that there are eight steps to Yoga : moral principles and ideals, physical postures, energy control, detachment, concentration, meditation and contemplation.
Also only a few actually know that there are many approaches of yoga. Some call it meditation with no given credibility to yoga for apprehensions of being branded 'eastern'. But with health benefits, yoga meditation also enhances clarity, sanguinity and inspiration. Meditation Yoga without appreciating meditation is similar to walking into a dark alley. The finer tips of Yoga Meditation are explained and taught face-to-face, as it is an oral tradition. It can only be done that way learning yoga from books is very hard and sometimes impossible to understand. Finally, Yoga Meditation guides an individual to the straight experience of the absolute, pure, eternal center of consciousness.
